We will get all of your information and begin your request. After that, one of our project managers will contact you to further discuss your project and set up a time to come onsite. After the onsite visit, you will receive your estimate via email, at which point you can sign the contract and pay the deposit.

Yes, we provide free, no obligation estimates. This will be emailed to you after the onsite visit is completed by one of our project managers.

Our projects are either done as Time & Material or as a bid job. If you want a bid, we provide a free written estimate with clear scope.

We send our estimates and invoices via email. You can conveniently pay your deposit or bill online with a debit or credit card. Or you can mail a check. If you’d prefer to pay your bill in person, you can come to our office during office hours.

We use reputable technology and help make sure your system is set up with security in mind, including strong passwords, secure networks, and regular updates. There are also many smart home products that do not have a camera or microphone, such as automated shades and lighting systems.

It depends but the majority of systems will still work, especially with local control. You can still control your thermostat, shades, and lighting systems within the home. Typically, what you will lose when you lose Wi-Fi, is remote access via the app.
