In The Lite was founded in 2001 by Dan, a Merrill-born Master Electrician who'd already spent a decade in the trade. Twenty-five years later, the company has grown into one of Wisconsin's premier electrical and automation contractors.

Dan and Bonnie founded In The Lite in 2001, and have built a team that loves what they do. We hire for character first and skill second, which is why when one of our crew walks into your home or business, you're getting more than another contractor, you're getting someone who treats your project with respect.
A family business built to serve.
Our bench runs deep. Justin came on as a young electrician more than fifteen years ago and now manages our largest builds, and his wife Brittney runs ITL Automations. With them we have a crew of journeymen electricians and apprentices who learned the trade the way Dan did on real jobs, alongside people who care about getting it right.

CAREERS
Journeyman Electrician
This full-time position will be responsible for leading and working on residential and commercial electrical projects throughout north-central Wisconsin. Job requirements include a State of Wisconsin Journeyman license, previous experience in residential and/or commercial electrical projects, a valid driver’s license and a positive attitude.
Electrical Apprentice
This is a full-time position and includes paid schooling in an accredited apprenticeship program. Responsibilities include working on residential and commercial electrical projects in the central Wisconsin area and completing the school portion of the apprenticeship program through ABC of Wisconsin.
