Dan started In The Lite in 2001 but has been in the electrical field for over 30 years. He is a certified Master Electrician and has extensive experience with both commercial and residential projects as well as telecommunications, lighting design and smart home systems. Over the past 15 years, Dan has grown In The Lite into one of north-central Wisconsin’s premier electrical contractors. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality with a personal touch. Dan was born and raised in Merrill, WI and is still proud to call Merrill home along with his wife, Bonnie, and their three dogs. When Dan isn’t working, and for those of you who know him personally you know that isn’t very often, he can usually be found fishing!
Bonnie Langhoff Owner & Office Administrator

Bonnie has a degree in Supervisory Management and administrates the In The Lite office. She handles all company finances and human resources. Bonnie worked as an Office Manager for an Interior Design company for 12 years and she is still interested in design. She designed the new In The Lite office, which was completed in 2016. Bonnie loves spending time with her three dogs Libby, Huxley and Jasmine. She splits her free time between her family, dogs and Pinterest!
Peter Perdue Journeyman Electrician
Pete has over 15 years of experience in the electrical field and says he couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Pete is from Kentucky but he moved to central Wisconsin in 2008 with his wife Kelly. He has four children Cody, Anna, Jackson and Eva and says his favorite thing is Friday movie and pizza nights with his family. And although he has lived in Wisconsin for a while, he hasn’t quite lost his accent! When asked why he chose ITL his response was: “I feel like Dan wants to grow his company with family-oriented people and involve not only the employees but our families in the success of the business. Who wouldn’t want to stay?”
Justin Petroske Licensed Electrician
Justin always knew that he wanted to work in the construction industry and quickly fell in love with electrical. He has been with In The Lite for over 8 years. Justin and his wife Brittney have four furry kids including three cats named Smith, Wesson and Remington and a dog, Sadie. He is an outdoor enthusiast at heart and enjoys all things hunting, fishing and camping. Justin had this to say about working at ITL: “Staying with In The Lite has been an easy choice. They are humble, caring, believe in quality work and best of all they treat me as a friend and asset not just a number.”
Ty Zimmerman Licensed Electrician
Ty has been with In The Lite for over 4 years. He was born and raised in Merrill and still calls Merrill home. He enjoys hunting, snowboarding, hockey, baseball and is a big Packer fan. Ty also plays the guitar and has two golden retrievers. Dan and Bonnie have known Ty for over 20 years and were very happy to bring him onboard!
Sasha Everett Communication Director

Sasha graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a double major in communication (public relations emphasis) and arts management. She has previously lived in Los Angeles and worked in London at an international public relations firm. Sasha handles all marketing, advertising, public relations and event planning. Sasha is married and she and her husband have a son and four furry children. She enjoys reading and chai lattes!
Brittney Petroske Home Automation Specialist

Brittney is our Home Automation Specialist and handles everything to do with our smart home systems. She is married to Justin (a fellow ITL employee) and they have been married over 5 years! Brittney and her husband have four fur babies and enjoy spending their free time camping, hiking and biking. She is a photographer and has an absolutely beautiful singing voice! “I was already part of the family and was blessed enough to be asked to join the ITL family too.”
